Hey Ninjas!
This so called “Money Myth” is affecting millions if not billions of people all over the world. It holds you back from making a lot of money because you were programmed from childhood to believe that money was responsible for certain things like making you bad, good, sexier, powerful, happier, etc.
The fact of the matter is… that’s all B.S.! It’s called monkey see monkey do. There are two people that are the strongest influence in your life and that’s your Mom and Dad or who every raised you.
What do kids do best? They play the copy cat game! I see mommy save up money for a rainy day, that’s what I’m suppose to do. I see daddy work hard for his money, that’s what I’m suppose to do and so on.
But it’s not your parents fault nor yours! Money is completely NEUTRAL! It all comes down to the decisions you make growing up around money.
So how do we get rid of this vicious cycle? It’s called AWARENESS!
In order to ever improve yourself and make more money you must be aware of the root of the problem. Otherwise how can you expect to improve it?
So here is what I want you to do:
1) Pull out a piece of paper and write down the past experiences where you made a decision about money when you were a growing up.
2) Once you are aware of it make it abundantly clear that this was a young child that made this decision, which has nothing to do with your present or future relationship with money.
3) Create a NEW Relationship with money that is inspiring to you. i.e. “Money comes to me easily and freuqently in the most fun and creative ways”
4) Call up your parents or the people that raised you and share with them your experience with money growing up and what you created around money. DON’T make them wrong Ninja! Remember it’s not their fault or yours! This is clearing the space around money so can attract more.
5) Share your results in the comment below

Great job Steve! You inspire me! My parents have definitely influenced my perception on money. Being a Christian has had the greatest and most profound impact on my view of money.
Thanks!

Congratulations on the first blog post Steve!
The first time I found out that our deep subconscious beliefs can affect our behavior and outcomes was when I read T. Harv Eker’s book “The Secrets of Millionaire Mind” and later attended one of his Millionaire Mind seminars. It was life changing seminar for me and I discovered the beliefs, which were slowing me down.
I am not sure if I got rid of all of them by now, but I am sure the progress has been huge…
Better and better,

AWESOME!! Funny brilliant and true. Yep reminds me a bit of T Harv’s “Secrets of a Millionaire Mind” money blueprint. Fantaso Stevo!!
YEah so basically I spent the past 5 years being a yogi “money is the root of all evil spiritual monk ninja” mainly because my mom is an accountant and loves the value of money so I was rebelling.
NOW!! I AM Creating that money comes to me easily and effortlessly and money and prosperity flow into my life from several different sources. PEACE And thanks for the helpful post.

Hey Steve!
Great video and exercise! The one thing I remember about my parents and money is going to Hill AirForce Base’s PX in Ogden, UT with my mom. We traveled 35 miles to go to the PX because it cost less. Okay, on this trip the check out line was long….as usual and when the cashier told my mom the total was $100 something she threw a fit, said “It couldn’t be and had the cashier start from the beginning. OMG so embarrasing! Ta daaa, the total was $100 something again. Wow!!! That was when I was 12, my mom died when I was 18 and I’m now 50. Just a short time ago. Bottom line…I get her some response, but I keep it to myself!
Thanks for the memories Steve…and the encouragement to be the “Happy Ninja!”
Can’t wait for your next video. Keep Kicking, Cathy

Hey, good video Steve. I’ve had a roller coaster ride with money also. I can see that it comes from my parents, even grandparents.
And put me in the “happy Ninja” catagory.

You are hitting on something big here Steve-san.
Your past conditioning from your parents, family, friends, community, play a crucial role in your belief systems of today.
Unless you are aware enough to dig deep and study where each of your belief systems derive from, you are kidding yourself.
And of course, this doesn’t have only to do with wealth.
Here’s the crazy thing that I’ve witnessed online…
People will watch your video, hear what you say… and think they know themselves well enough to be fully aware of where their present habits and tendencies come from.
The truth is that they don’t know cr*p!
Its so easy to fool oneself into thinking they know themselves (I should know, I did it for years… and still do!).
Thanks for the nudge here. It’s always a good time to re-evaluate this kind of thing.

Great video Steve — as some one else said, you young man, will go far
Many years ago (back in the days of cassette tapes) I bought a set of tapes called Money Love (The Power Of Prosperity Consciousness) by Jerry Gilles. That set of tapes was my PIVOTAL MOMENT in changing my view on money and the attracting more of it into my life.
Nightingale Conant produced those tapes – but no longer appear to be available, if you can get your hands on an old copy I highly recommend
